"...so that I may finish my race with joy, and the ministry which I received from the Lord Jesus"

Acts 20:24

The joy our Lord experienced came from doing what the Father sent Him to do.  "As the Father has sent Me, so I send you..."  We must consider our lives valuable only for the purpose of fulfilling the reason we were created.  Knowing that you have done what Jesus sent you to do.

To do this we must have close fellowship with Jesus and know Him as more than just a personal Savior.  We must be willing to experience His full impact on our life.

"Do you love Me?" then "feed My sheep."  He does not offer us a choice in how to serve, but is asking for absolute loyalty to His commission on your life.  This requires you to be sensitive to what God has called you to do.

Go out and go m.a.d. (make a difference) for Christ in someone's life today!

"O Lord teach us to be receptive to Your Spirit's lead in our busy lives.  Teach us to hear You in the middle of chaos.  Make us willing to be used up for Jesus."
