From your Pastor;

 “For as the heavens are higher than the earth,      so are My ways higher than your ways and                   My thoughts than your thoughts.”

                                                           Isaiah 55:9

    God is eternal, infinite, and every other awe-inspiring word we can find to describe Him. Despite this list of words, comes one wonderful fact; “God is”.  He exists.

He does not depend on any outside help or influence.

Yet all of creation finds itself totally and completely dependent upon Him.

   This same God whose thoughts and ways are far above our own, will truly never be fully grasped by the minds of mortal men.

    On the other hand God has revealed Himself through His Word, (written and Incarnate) Even in these we discover depth that will never be fully searched.  However, God does teach us by engaging our hearts and minds with His scripture and His Son. Infinite as they may be, by knowing both they will accomplish as God stated;

   “Moreover, I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you; and I will remove the heart of stone from your flesh and give you a heart of flesh.”

                                                                         Ezekiel 36:26

Isn’t that what we desire? A softened heart? A heart ready and willing to receive the Lord and His ways?

The Bible prepares you for this. When reading it over and over, it never grows old. The same verse you read 10 years ago is just as fresh today as it was then. It’s be said the Bible is like a fountain of water; the fountain stays the same but the water is always fresh.

   The Scripture’s mirror it’s Author, and reveals Jesus as the source of life for eternity.

     This is one unfathomable truth God has revealed to mankind. Have you discovered it?  Do you know Him?

Do you have eternal life, is Jesus your Lord

Hear Him speak to you today, through His Son and through His message.
