 From your Pastor;

It is the Spirit who gives life; the flesh profits nothing;
the words that I have spoken to you are spirit and are life.

John 6:63

     Having said this Jesus tells us  the words of the Bible are more than words or letters, they are spirit!
     The Bible we have is more than printed paper. Therefore all who intend to read it need to use their spirit. There is no other way to read it. This spirit is the regenerated spirit of man given to him by God.    Since everyone does not have this regenerated spirit, not everyone can understand the Bible. Only those who have this spirit can study the Scriptures.
      As a rule after a person becomes a Christian, he should know spiritual things. Man needs not only to possess this spirit but needs also to be possessed by this spirit. Just because you possess this spirit does not make you a spiritual man.  You must live under the Spirit’s principles to become a spiritual man. You must walk according to the Spirit to be a spiritual man. Otherwise you are wasting your time.
      To live and to walk according to the Spirit, you must develop an open heart to allow God’s light to shine upon you.

“For God, who said, “Light shall shine out of darkness”,
is the One who has shone in our hearts to give the Light
of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Christ.

    2 Corinthians 4:6

     Why not open your heart and allow this light to shine upon you today and be blessed?
