From your Pastor;

Jesus answered and said to him,
“Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born again he cannot see the kingdom of God.”        John 3:3
     In John 3 we find an historic conversation between Jesus and Nicodemus concerning Nicodemus’ salvation. He was having trouble wrapping his head around this statement Jesus made in verse 3.
    His thinking was restricted to one’s physical birth. However in his misunderstanding he brings to light a crucial fact for every one of us. No matter how successful, famous, or renowned a person becomes we all have a beginning of like fashion.
     We all have a father, a mother, a physical birth.
Everyone of us is born in this same way. Jesus would go on the explain to Nicodemus that likewise everyone must be born spiritually to enter the kingdom of God. There are no particular worldly advantages to this new spiritual birth. Everyone is on equal ground. No status is excluded or included in God’s kingdom. Each man must make the choice for himself.
 Equal ground.
What a profound way to save mankind!

…nor is He served by human hands, as though He needed anything, since He Himself gives to all people life and breath and all things…
                                                              Acts 17:25
  Thank You, Lord, for making the ground level at the foot of the cross.
                                                                           Bro. Clay
